Sophia Torres, Staff Writer
Sophia Torres is currently a sophomore here at Ruben S. Ayala High School. Some of her interests include painting, writing, hanging out with friends, and listening to music. Sophia is currently taking Journalism 1 as an elective and plans on helping out improve the graphics and topics in the Bulldog Times. She is also a part of the Hope for Paws club and our wonderful Colorguard team. She enjoys being in Color guard because she gets to hang out with her closest friends and also be able to dance. Sophia also enjoys writing and listening to music because it lets her express herself and be creative without really having to do much. After having a bad day, she likes to just go home, hang out with her cat, and think about some good memories that she had throughout the day. Sophia mentioned her favorite memory at Ayala so far being Band Camp. It was her last week at Band Camp and there were games every day so that the Band and Color guard could spend more time with each other and get to know one another. They had lots of fun and she even made tons of new friends who she is very close with now. Although she has some bad days, she truly believes that the good ones 100 percent, outweigh the bad, you just have to look at the day from a different perspective
