Coco Hong (10) shows off her Aquaphor, both an essential in her lip care routine and life’s endeavors. “I carry this Aquaphor with me literally everywhere. Without it, I would be lost.”

Floria Cao (9) always uses her Minion pencil for tests and assignments. Although it only works occasionally, it is still lucky and one of her favorite pencils.

Wearing jewelry is a great way to accessorize one’s outfit and it adds personality. For Kaitlyn Min (12), her two necklaces that she wears everyday is a way for her personal life to give a statement to her outfits. One of her necklaces was given to her by her partner for their 6th month anniversary, a symbol of treasury and love. The other was a gift, given to her for her 18th birthday, something to truly value.

Ms. Katy Amirtash, an English 12 CP teacher, has a rotating cubed photo frame with photos of her and her son as a good luck charm. “Anything that makes you happy should be considered lucky,” said Amirtash.

Ariana Guebara (12) has her great grandmother’s necklace as her good luck charm. “I consider this lucky because it’s a reminder of my great grandmother, she always watches over me,” said Guebara.

Books allow you to dive into new worlds, and when that world is a world with mystery and thriller, the suspense becomes unreal. For Lilith Kowalski (9), she loves to read and has been drawn to mystery and thriller books. These books are ones that she values because they capture her attention and any extra time she has, you’ll always find her buried in a book. Currently, she is reading “How to Survive Your Murder” by Danielle Rollins.

For Sandra Akubugali (9), her horse key chains provide her good luck. To continue getting good grades, she added these keychains to her bag so they are always with her.

This water bottle and phone are creatively decorated with stickers pertaining to Jesus. For Lillith Kowalski (9), she believes that her faith in Jesus would be able to provide her good luck in anything she aspires to accomplish.
