Varsity Girls volleyball wins home game against Walnut Mustangs

On October 6, the Ayala High School Varsity Girls volleyball team faced off against Walnut High School at home. Being their eighth league game, the Ayala Bulldogs enter with a 2-5 record for the Palomares league, while the Walnut Mustangs enter with a 1-6 record for the league.

From there, the Bulldogs would trade off a set with the Mustangs, with an overall score of 1-1 by the time of the third set. Bulldogs went on to dominate sets three and four by a margin of 7 to 8 points.

This caps off the Ayala Bulldogs’ third league game win, and their record currently is at 14-12. The Knights lost their seventh league game, with an overall record of 11-16.

The next varsity volleyball match will be against Diamond Bar High School at the Brahma’s home arena on October 8.
