On Tuesday, December 3, girls’ Varsity water polo won their match against Chino Hills with a final score of 6-5. This game was Ayala’s first game of the season and sets their overall record at 1-0. Chino Hills’ record is now 2-1 following the result of this game.
Throughout the match both teams proved to be a great match up for one another as the final score proved to be extremely close. However, Ayala was able to take the lead, only winning by one point. Overall, all three levels (Frosh, Junior Varsity, and Varsity) played well and the program as a whole took the win against Chino Hills.
Ayala’s next game will be on Friday, December 13 against Diamond Bar at 3:00, with another game the following day at 9:00 in the morning against Diamond Bar as well. Chino Hills’ next game will be on Tuesday, December 10 against Hemet at 5:00.
