On Tuesday, December 10, Ayala’s Girls Varsity Basketball team narrowly lost to Temecula Valley’s Golden Bears in a hard fought game, with a score of 42-34.
Despite strong efforts on both ends of the court, Ayala struggled to keep up, while the Golden Bears took advantage of this to maintain their lead. The Bulldogs were determined to win and fought as hard as they could, working together as a team, but were ultimately unable to close the gap in the final moments.
Ayala certainly made the Golden Bears work for their win, and the team remains determined to bounce back in their upcoming games, showing resilience and teamwork throughout. The next game will be a tournament game held at San Dimas High School at 3:30 today.
