Ayala varsity girls basketball came up short in tournament game

Ayala participated in a tournament game against Claremont this past Saturday. Though they lost, they managed to put up a good fight against the Wolfpack.

On Saturday, December 14, Ayala Varsity Girls basketball team participated in the San Dimas pre-season tournament and played against Claremont High School. During their pre-season, Ayala has participated in multiple tournaments, and their overall current record is 4-5. 

Ayala suffered a loss during this tournament game, with the final score being a losing score of 46-27. During the first quarter of the game, Ayala managed to score four points while Claremont scored 17. Claremont managed to consistently score more points during their game, which resulted in their win. 

Ayala’s first Varsity Girls basketball game of the season will be a home game against Glendora High School on December 19.
