The popularity of boba tea has boomed in recent years because of its circulation on social media. The activity of getting boba acts as a way for students to stay in touch with their friends with a fun and inexpensive activity. "I usually get it with friends, because when I go by myself, it doesn't feel the same," Tracy Zhang (11) said. "When I go with others, it's a hangout activity and something that we can do together."

Ayala Boys Varsity Soccer wins their final game

Ayala came through with their final game of the season against Bonita.

On February 4, the Ayala Boys Varsity Soccer team completed their final game of the season. Their last game was a home game against Bonita High School and Ayala came through and added another win to their already very successful season record.

Following an extremely triumphant season for Boys Varsity Soccer, they ended their season with a winning score of 1-0. The Varsity Boys Soccer team had a final record of 16-2-3 and ended up placing first in their league (Palomares).

With Varsity Boys Soccer’s very successful end to their season, they are now eligible to participate in the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) division.
