Boys Varsity Basketball beats Colony for the second time this season

In a rematch against Colony yesterday, varsity boys took another win before their Senior Night tomorrow. Be in attendance to support!

The Bulldog’s varsity boys basketball beat Colony High School both times they played each other this season, this time at the Titan’s home court. The Bulldogs regained their injured starters to secure a victory, which ended with a score of 60-53. The win puts the Varsity boys’ record as 15-9 overall, and their league record as 5-2.

The Colony Titans gain another loss putting their overall record as 7-16 and their league record as 2-5. Our Bulldogs face the Bonita Bearcats at home at 7:00pm on Friday 26, and the Colony Titans face the Claremont Wolfpack on Friday 26 as well. Bonita High School’s varsity boys team holds a record of 16-8 and Claremont High School holds a record of 5-20.

Ayushka Chethan is a sophomore reporter for the Bulldog Times. This is her first year as part of the Bulldog Times staff and she is excited to challenge herself with new writing techniques and learning about different interviewing styles she can use when preparing for writing an article. David Jung (10) is a writer for the Bulldog Times, and this is his 1st year on staff. David hopes to write articles for future members to read and for them to write stories that will surpass his own. He looks forward to seeing how the process will work out and seeing all members in action. He is also part of the Ayala Tennis team, being in J.V . In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, listening to music, making model kits, reading all kinds of books, eating many sweets, and taking good naps (if he can in the first place).
