On Tuesday September 24, Ayala’s Girls Varsity and Junior Varsity (JV) Golf teams competed in a match against Walnut High School. This match was at home on the front nine holes of the South course.
Unfortunately, both the Varsity and JV teams suffered another loss to their season. The Varsity teams ended with a score of 182 to 200 points while the JV teams ended with scores of 243 to 223 points.
Varsity players Iris Soong (9) and Carina Zhang (10) tied for the best score at the Varsity match with a score of 39 points. JV player Kailyn Dang (12) led the JV match with a score of 44.

This marks yet another loss in the Bulldog’s season. The next game will be the Girls Varsity team’s rematch on Thursday September 26 against Walnut at the Diamond Bar Golf Course.
