On Wednesday, January 22, the Ayala Bulldogs pulled off a huge win against their league opponent, the Glendora Tartans, winning 73-70.

The Bulldogs were able to pull off this victory thanks to a huge second half. Specifically, a spectacular shooting performance from behind the arc. With this win, the Bulldogs moved to 4-2 in league and a solid overall record of 18-6. They are second in their league behind the Walnut Mustangs. The Bulldogs also faced off against the Mustangs on Friday, January 23.

There, the Bulldogs would pull off a dominant 67-48 win over the Mustangs to improve to 5-2 in league and control their own destiny to possibly win a league title. It is worth noting that the Bulldogs are undefeated thus far at home, as their next home game will be Friday, January 30, which will be senior night versus the Claremont Wolfpack.
