On Friday, January 30, the Ayala Bulldogs faced off against the Claremont Wolfpack.

The Bulldogs came into the contest blazing hot on a ten-game win streak, having not lost a game since December 15. The Claremont Wolfpack came into this game on a three-game win streak, with their last loss being on January 14, against Ayala.

The game on Friday would be the Palomares league decider, with Ayala having the first-place record and Claremont having the second-place record.

The Bulldogs were able to get the victory, with two goals in the second half from Julian Chavez (12) and Javier Castaneda (12). This victory solidifies the Bulldogs first place league standing, and now the Bulldogs will prepare to make a deep run into the playoffs.
