As both teams, Ayala and Colony, get ready for one of their last few games on Thursday night, Ayala seniors are especially excited because they will be honored at the game.

On January 19th, the home team, Ayala, hosted the Titans and also had their senior nights. Senior night is when the school honors the seniors, typically before their last home game. There were a total of 11 seniors on Ayala’s team.

As the game started off, Ayala took the advantage of scoring first, 1-0. As the second half rolls in, Colony scores one goal but Ayala comes in with two more goals. Ending the game at 3-1. This puts Ayala’s record at 9-2-3 and Colony’s record at 1-8-1.

Ayala’s following game is on the 24th of January. They will be up against Bonita, whose current record is 9-7-2. Colony’s next game is against Claremont and their record is 15-2-2.
